Jennifer Stefanak discovered her passion for wellness when she began practicing and then teaching yoga during her college years. She went on to become a health coach in graduate school, where she further cultivated her knowledge and understanding of the various components of holistic health and wellness.
Today, Jennifer leads clients on their journey to vibrant long-term health and wellness, guiding and supporting them as they work toward reaching their full potential. Her programs incorporate stress management, nutrition, emotional guidance, sleep habits, physical activity and more. Recognizing that many people spend most of their day at work, she creates holistic programs that encourage consistent adherence to wellness practices in the workplace as well as at home.
